Morocoo, early 20th century
Rare and stunning silver handmade hamsas restored with riveted sterling sheet by our very talented silversmith. Each is a little gem of mojo and beauty. We could all use a little protection these days.
The hamsa is a protective image among the three major monotheistic religions but of course goes beyond the institutionalization of spiritualism and predates all of them.
A note about the silver, if it appears to have a red or yellow hue this is the fault of the photographer. The metal on this is high content silver is sterling and gorgeous.
