Early – mid 20th century, Iran
A truly beautiful scalloped silver medallion with hand etched text on both sides. The bells do sing and if you would like a bit more silent they could be stuffed. It was once attached to a cord or another chain as well so added this elegant sterling one.
A note about the silver. The amulet is a high grade silver and therefore shines and sparkles through the etching and patina. The photographer came woefully short of conveying the true beauty of it.
