Before it was environmentally correct Moroccans, in particular, the Berber, recycled almost anything.
These fabulous totes are handwoven with pom-poms and straps made from old tires.
We call these the Jarjeer Tote because it is a traditional form placed
on donkeys and mules and Jarjeer is the most wonderful place. They are a sanctuary for
abused and retired work animals.
