1960s, Four Corners regions, USA
These lovely beads are the classic light blue turquoise the Navajo and Pueblo natives used (and still use) in their jewelry. Jewels found these beads on an old tattered necklace and restrung them in her Marrakech studio. This masterful work was done by Fedua who completed the piece in about 2 weeks. Perfection!!
