The Navajo are known to be some of the best silversmiths and casters in the world. This lovely piece, also known as a dragonfly among the Pueblo natives in New Mexico, is cast sterling and has been in Jewels’ studio for years- just waiting for the right inspiration. Jewels finally found the right combo, old trade beads, superbly woven in between and the button, an American dime.
