The coral beads are North African, 19th century, collected by Jewels for what seems a lifetime. The real, unadulterated old coral is now a rare commodity, a treasure to treasure. In our Marrakech atelier we made the woven cords a technique perfected, beyond perfection (may the gods not strike us down!) by Khadija. These are light and so easy to wear.
