Jewels wore a necklace similar to this for years. Like so many others, it sold off her neck. After she sold the first she scrambled to find more. A couple of years later she found some and then many years on she found more. However, there were many dry years in between. This piece is a reimagining of her original design. The shells are turned the other direction, like teardrops and they are smaller and gradate.
Notice the fabulous silver work our very talented silversmith did! It is all sterling.
